In order to participate in these activities, I the under signed agree and acknowledge that there is risk of injury, including a potential for permanent disability or death resulting from participation in these activities or from the equipment involved.
I freely assume all such risks both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for my participation.
I have read and understand the rules, including all safety-related rules, and agree to fully comply with all regulations during my participation.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin hereby release and hold harmless BakBriPin, LLC dba Battlefield Live Lubbock, their officers, officials, agents and or employees, from any and all liability for injury, disability, death, loss or damage to personal property.
If the party is held on a property owned by some person or organization other than the participant’s, it is understood that the event is in no way sponsored by the property owner and the property owner or their representatives assume no responsibility for the conduct of or safety of the event / activity. The participants shall hold harmless the property owner from any cause of action, claim, and petition arising from the use of the property related to the laser tag event.
The participant agrees to abide by the rules and directives at all times while present at the venue.
- No participant shall engage in any behavior a) likely to cause injury to themselves, other participants or employees/agents of Battlefield Live Lubbock; b) likely to cause damage to the equipment or property of Battlefield Live Lubbock or its agents; c) any other behavior deemed unacceptable by Battlefield Live Lubbock.
- No participant shall make physical contact with another player or another player’s equipment.
- Battlefield Live Lubbock may require any participant engaging in unacceptable behavior to leave the venue.
- Each participant must remain within the designated boundaries of the Battlefield Live Lubbock playing field or venue at all times.
- Each participant will be required to wear enclosed shoes protecting the toes and any other items/clothing provided by Battlefield Live Lubbock.
- Any participant that refuses or is unable to comply with these rules will not be permitted to participate.
- Any participant that is injured, or observes another player injured, shall immediately notify Battlefield Live Lubbock staff.
PHOTO RELEASE: I agree to allow any photo/video taken of me to be used for advertising of Battlefield Live Lubbock (i.e. web page, printed materials, newspaper)
I acknowledge, understand and agree that I have read this release of liability and assume all risk associated with participating and that I sign this release of liability voluntarily and without inducement.
